Everton up for the cup
Everton have the chance to record a major achievement in this season's FA cup final. Victory over Chelsea would not only be just reward for the Toffees' recent exploits under manager of the season David Moyes, it would also mean the trophy stayed out of the clutches of the so-called ‘big four'.
Portsmouth were last season's victors, which was only the third occasion in the last 20 years that a team other than Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal had lifted the cup.
