It's very difficult to determine where the fault lies in the current crisis enveloping the Newcastle Jets over player payments. Is it simply the latest episode in the ongoing saga of Con Constantine's sledgehammer approach to club chairmanship? Is the PFA using Constantine's reputation to force progress on a key issue, as Branko Culina has suggested?
