Arsene Wenger Will Not Be Making “Major Investments”
According to ESPN Soccernet, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will not be making any major signing this summer. Wenger told L'Equipe,
"We have a team which is 22 years old (on average), why should we look for revolution? ... That would be stupid and not responsible.
