MLS Week 8: The Good And Bad
The Good
* Despite an early afternoon Sunday start time and the absence of stars David Beckham and Fredy
Montero, the clash between Seattle Sounders FC and the Los Angeles Galaxy drew a crowd of 29,025 to
Qwest Field, which meant that the lower bowl of the stadium was filled to 105% capacity. It was the
second-largest crowd to take in a Sounders game (behind only the season opener), and fans continue
to clamor for the front office to open up more seating for future games.
