Philadelphia Union Launch, Crest & Colors
On February 28, 2008 Philadelphia was awarded the 16th Major League Soccer franchise.  Today, the club announced its name, logo and colors. As expected because of internet leaks, the club will be called Philadelphia Union and will begin play in the Spring of 2010 in the MLS' Eastern Conference. Here's a look at the Union's crest [.
