It’s The Final Countdown (Do Do Dooooo Dooo)

Deep breath. This weekend marks the end of the 2008/09 Football League season, and there is still plenty to play for. As you may or may not be aware, the Championship plays its final round of matches tomorrow, while League One and League Two finish up today and, as one might expect, there are a fair few matches that will have a bearing on promotion and relegation issues.
