U.S. Soccer Referee Decisions

Each week, U.S. Soccer puts out a recap of officiating calls from the previous week. This time around, three Wizards plays were included. Two of the three involved elbows thrown by opposing players that were not penalized with a yellow card. The third was the red card shown to New York's Carlos Johnson.
