Red Bulls Advance; Revenge is Coming
Coach Osorio's emphasis on creating depth in the Red Bulls lineup earned some credibility points for the Bulls tonight, as they took their US Open Cup aspirations to new levels, beating the Earthquakes 2-1 behind the efforts of mainly a B squad. Dog house resident Mike Petke was let off his chain tonight, and he took his opportunity in a big way, scoring the Red Bulls first goal two minutes into the match.
