Avery John Joins DC
Major League Soccer veteran and Trinidad & Tobago international defender Avery John is now a member of DC United, after the club obtained his rights from the New England Revolution. In exchange, New England gets a conditional draft pick in the 2010 or 2011 MLS SuperDraft. "We are pleased to be acquiring a solid veteran defender in Avery," DC United General Manager Dave Kasper said.
