USL Live is now up and running

Just as promised by the USL powers that be, USL Live is up and running as of late yesterday afternoon. It has a pretty nice look to the interface, seems to function well and is pretty intuitive. The only issue I've had is USL Live doesn't want to play nice with Safari on the registration page.
