U of M TCF Stadium under consideration to host World Cup game

On February 21st, Inside Minnesota Soccer reported on a story that the new TCF Stadium on the campus of the University of Minnesota, was under consideration for one or more Olympic soccer games should Chicago get the bid in 2016.

Today there is word from US Soccer that the same TCF Stadium is one of 70 under consideration for one or more World Cup games should the US win a bid in 2018 or 2022.
