High Speed Rail is Not a New Conversation
Despite what some fat headed radio personalities like Sandy Beach would have you believe, the talk of High Speed rail in New York State is not a new conversation. In fact, its been going on almost more than 12 years and has been studied to death according to Assemblyman Sam Hoyt. The conversation didn't "just start because there is money to throw around".
