Soccer Not Happy With New Anti-Doping Rule
The UEFA and FIFA exchanged heated comments with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) yesterday after realizing the significance of a new January 2009 rule. The rule basically states that every high level player must comply to give drug-testers three months' notice of their location for one hour each day.
