Why Mirko Vucinic should not have been allowed to take a penalty for Roma against Arsenal

Sponsor should have warned Italian side Roma should not have been surprised by Mirko Vucinic's awful effort in last night's penalty shootout. Everyone's favourite stripping Montenegrin even misses penalties in his own adverts for Roma's shirt sponsors so it is unclear who thought he would do better in a Champions League match.
