Training Notes - March 5, 2009

The Carolina Challenge Cup begins this weekend, and this year's edition is between us, DC United, Real Salt Lake, and the hosting Charleston Battery. The results of this tournament don't really mean much - last year the Earthquakes won it before finishing last in the league. This tournament gives us a great opportunity to see how we stand against two clubs that finished higher than us last year in the standings.
