As viewers in the UK who sat through the Everton v Liverpool FA Cup fourth round replay at Goodison Park will know to their frustration, ITV managed to somehow stupidly cut to adverts just in time for Dan Gosling's goal. After 118 minutes of scrappy football and with the game set to head for a penalty shootout, for some reason the terrestrial TV station cut to an ad break with play still going on
