Arshavin close? Maybe, But I’ll Believe It When I See It
Word around the Internets today is that Arsenal is close to signing Andrei Arshavin from Zenit for anywhere between £13-17m. Dick Advocaat told the Daily Mail that:
"Negotiations with Arsenal continue and the chances are very high that Arshavin will soon play in the English Premier League.
