Newcastle’s Martins To Have Hernia Operation
It looks like Newcastle will be without star striker Obafemi Martins for a couple weeks. Next Monday Martins will be off to Germany to undergo a hernia operation. Dr. Ulrike Muschaweck, who is performing the surgery, is confident that this operation will keep him out up to three weeks at most. Once it was discovered that Martins would need the operation, Dapo Kujore, his representative, became very critical of the Magpies' medical staff.
