Mikel Alonso Leaves Real Sociedad

Today the club announced they have agreed a financial deal with midfielder Mikel Alonso to end the players 2 year contract. The player spent last season on loan to English Premier side Bolton Wanderers and was not registered by Real Sociedad at the start of the season for the 2008/09 campaign. During the summer of this year he went on trial to Olympiakos however he returned to the club after failing to win a permanent move.
