Cooper Starts and Scores for US

In a strong performance that has finally officially tied him to the United States, FC Dallas
forward Kenny Cooper started and scored a goal for the US against Guatemala in the match in this
Semifinal Round of CONCACAF qualifying. The US easily won Group 1 and now advances to the Final
Round. This was Cooper's third cap but his first in a officially sanctioned FIFA match.
