REPORT: Marketing Study Finds MLS Customer Service Less Than Stellar
Some of you probably have first hand experience with this and don't need a marketing study to tell you that. However the study by the appropriately named, Chief Marketing Officer Council which we learned about from our friends at American Soccer News found that MLS sits near the bottom of 25 companies reviewed.
