Neither wind nor rain nor stock market crashes nor presidential debates could keep the Top 25 ranking committee from convening for its weekly session. Sure, we're a bit late (we know you like to have these things in your inbox Monday morning so you can kick off the "work" week in fashion) but we make up for it with an extremely high quality edition of the rankings--even by our absurdly high standards.
