Chelsea sign Arsenal reject!
Last week Premier League giants Arsenal rejected Brazilian international midfielder Mineiro after the 32-year-old failed to impress manager Arsene Wenger. But in football, as in life, one man's loss is another man's gain and Chelsea are using this ideology to the full. The Blues have signed Mineiro on a free transfer .
