RailHawks finish 8th as 2008 season comes to close

With the final results of the USL-1 season coming in Sunday night, Carolina is now officially the sole owner of 8th place in the USL-1 table. Atlanta did indeed lose on Sunday night, the result that the RailHawks would have needed to make the playoffs, if only Montreal could have drawn with Minnesota on Saturday, we would have secured a playoff spot.
