The Los Angeles Galaxy is one of three Major League Soccer franchises that turned a net profit in 2007, according to a new valuation report put together by Forbes. The independent study, which uses past transactions as its guide, sheds a great deal of light on the relatively mysterious finances of the league, a subject left to debate in the past due to a lack of substantive information offered up by MLS.
