Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi, Kaka, Sneijder, Pirlo, Torres, Fabregas and Ferdinand may be the best players in the world today. They have scored 42 goals, beat 50 players a game, be the current holder of the aforementioned award or magically create clean sheets. None of them though, are as talented as the ex Barcelona reserve who scraped together a paltry nine goals last year.
