SMH's Mike Cockerill is rerporting today that Townsville and Gold Goast will officially get the nod
for 2009 on Thursday. But more interesting to me is the comments from FFA Chief Ben Buckley on the
other two places froo 2010.
With consortiums from Canberra and Wollongong, and two competing bids from Melbourne, also pressing to join the league, there is little doubt the A-League will expand further to become a 12-team competition by 2010.
