INCOMING:Red Bulls bid on strikers

According to Brian Lewis of the NY Post (http://blogs.nypost.com/sports/soccer/) Red Bull NY has submitted formal proposals for Atlanta Silverbacks Senegalese striker Macoumba Kandji and Panamanian forward Gabriel Torres. Torres rights are owned by Chepo F.C in Panama, and he was most recently on loan to Columbian club La Equidad, where he scored 5 goals in 18 appearances.
