Arsenal are back in the running to sign Sporting Lisbon midfielder Miguel Veloso, according to reports in Portugal. Arsene Wenger is in the market for a midfield enforcer to replace Mathieu Flamini and appears to have turned his attention back on to Veloso, who was linked with a move to the Emirates earlier in the summer.
