Liverpool Beats Out Barca And Tottenham For Nikola Saric
Liverpool have beaten Barcelona and Tottenham in the race to capture highly-rated Danish starlet Nikola Saric on a three-year contract. The 17-year-old is heading to Anfield after Rafa Benitez tied up the deal personally. "'This is Rafa' he said," recalled sports director Per Rud to the club's official website when asked about how the transfer came about.
