UEFA Allows FC Porto in the Champions League

UEFA will allow Portugal team FC Porto play in the Champions League next season despite a bribery scandal surrounding the team. UEFA said the decision was overturned because the investigation into the scandal is still ongoing, and will not be finished until after the Aug 1st Champions League draws.
