Liverpool close in on £30m pair: ONE Good, ONE Overrated
Rafa clearly seems to be planning for the future, a future which could well include a homegrown player rule change and therefore it's no surprise that Liverpool are being linked with more and more English talent, these two often cited players are apparently a lot nearer to leaving their current clubs.
