FC Dallas to hire Hyndman

According to 3rd degree, an FC Dallas Blog, SMU head coach Schellas Hyndman will take over the role as both head coach and technical director. Apparently Hyndman was offered the job on three separate occasions before, but this time he has accepted it. What do you think of this decision? Who do you think they should have hired?
