Brian McBride coming home to MLS
Brian McBride has decided to leave England and return stateside. Fulham hoped McBride would stick
around for another season, but he decided now was the best time. He made over 150 appearances for
the Cottagers and netted 40 goals.
"After much consideration with my family, we have decided to leave Fulham after four and a half fantastic years," the 35-year-old forward said in a statement Wednesday on the club's Web site.
