Rooney and Ronaldo run riot in Rome

Manchester United eased past AS Roma tonight in Rome with a 2-0 victory in their Champions League quarter-final.

Many people taught it would be tough for United to come away with the win tonight but in truth it was relatively easy for the men from Manchester.

Cristiano Ronaldo put United in the lead five minutes before the break after some terrific play from Wayne Rooney and Paul Scholes.
