OC star to sample Southend sunshine

Stunning actress Mischa Barton is all set to pack her Californian shades and head to the Essex seaside later this year to film a modern take on 'Alice in Wonderland'.

The former 'OC' star will play an American student who gets hit by a taxi, and finds herself in a strange world.
