Tactics?

I manage a U17B Select squad in my town.We are a small college town in the US midwest. We play in a conference where we are one of the smallest of the leagues teams. I have 18 players which includes one goal keeper. In two practices i have come to the conclusion i will not be able to play the tactics i would prefer but instead will have to be pragmatic.
