MLS Rumors has learned at this hour, that the transfer of the former Paris Saint-Germain attacking midfielder has agreed to terms with DC United in the range of $1.3 Million a year, and is on his way to obtaining a Visa. He should be announced by DC United in a matter of days and no longer than a week.
