Steven Goff of the Washington Post and the Soccer Insider blog is reporting that there is a mega-deal in the works.

The multi-team deal would involve FC Dallas sending Carlos Ruiz to the Los Angeles Galaxy, while the Galaxy would send D.C. United their current goalkeeper Joe Cannon, with the Hoops receiving D.
