MLS Expansion - Seattle has sold 3,000 season tickets
In a little over 24-hours, fans of the new MLS Seattle team have snapped up over 3,000 season
tickets for the 2009 season. With the new team set to play in a 24,500 seat version of Qwest Field,
this is a significant number. Fans need to put down a $50 deposit to secure a season ticket.
The club has also received suggestions concerning their name from 2,000 fans.
