Today's Banter: Gerrard named to FIFPro World XI, Sanchez praises Rafa, Pako to West Ham? & more
Steven Gerrard has added another honor to his long list of accolades by being named to the 2006-07 FIFPro XI. Surprisingly, it's the first time he's won the distinction. He also became the first Liverpool player to be named to the list, which is selected by 'more than 57,000 footballers from players' associations around the world.' A bit baffling as to why Gianluigi Buffon was named to the side though.
