Few days ago I attended a referees clinic where the instructor told us about game and player management, he said, among a great ideas, tips and rules, that player are referee customers, and made a comparison between ref and waiters.
Three days later I was ref in a coed game. One player was all the time talking, complaining for almost everything.

There are many things that I don't like while I am on the field, as ref or as a player.
As a ref I don't like:

• Players complaining for everything.
• Player, parents and/or coaches all the time shouting: handball! handball!
• Start games later because teams are not ready.

I am building this blog only for share with you my memories as soccer player and soccer referee. I'll be the storyteller, and I hope you feel free to share, also your ideas, memories, and mcomments.
