A very short post today, on a news snippet that has nothing to do with The Gunners.

Uefa have fined Porto for it's supporters "racist conduct" during a Europa League match against Manchester City. Mario Balotelli and Ya Ya Toure were targeted with offensive chants during February's 2 1 victory.
